Hello I am the Admin of Schizophrenia Forum
I am 30 years old living on my own with my cat Sassy Pooh, and I am dating a great man who I believe is my soul mate. I was diagnosed with schizophective disorder when I was seven and later in high school I was diagnosed with a rare movement disorder called Dystonia, about a year ago I had brain surgery for my Dystonia called DBS Deep Brain Stimulation and I have been doing well cents.
My issues with my illness is that I am a wear of my hallucinations and delusions , I find it heard to deal with my illness because of my a weariness. My Doctors say it helps me to cope, and that I bounce back when something tries to push me down but if she only new how heard it is to deal when you now in your head your not quite right. But my support team is my rock and foundation for my recovery and wellbeing. I have many friends and my family is all ways there for me and that helps, I would not be here if it was not for my family, even more so my mom who is my best friend and roll model. My life is what I make it and I will fight that tell the day I die. ;D
